Secrets to achieving goals & MAY goal

Hi guys, it's already May! i can't believe it's almost halfway through 2012.

I have this thing that I always do everymonth, 
which is setting goals for every new month.

Do you know why?

Because by setting goals every month (detailed and specific goals that is already planned) will make you feel motivated and obligated at the same time. 

Thus it keeps you going.

for example dont just write 'i want to be thinner', but a 'i want to lose 1kg this month by exercising 3x a week' would make it less biased and more reachable.

Plan your weekly goals!

For me I find that setting goals for that particular week helps me do better. I will likely stick to schedule and helps me track my progress as well. 

Set your daily goals!

every night before you goes to bed, think of things you NEED to do for the next day and jolt it down on your notes/phone/etc. this will actually keep you on track.



  • remember not to set your goals too high/too biased. know your limitation. start slow
  • everytime you reach your goal, enjoy that little moment of achievement. congrats, you've earned it! now give yourself a pat on the back.
  • no one is perfect, if you failed to reach your goal, think back. don't blame yourself. see if you've set the goals too high for that certain time, or if you've been wasting time.
  • lastly, enjoy doing this :) there's no point of doing something if you dont enjoy it. if you really hate doing this, think of how much you can achieve. you'll be more efficient by no time. you'll waste less time thinking what to do next, and you can utilize that time to actually do something more useful.



And here is my MAY 2012 goal! :)


  • I want to have more definition/toned body and possibly lowering my body fat %. and this is how i want to look by the end of this month.

  • I want to follow my routine workout schedule and keep myself on track. i will make it every single week.
  • I will count my expenses and stay in budget. my expenses last month was so horrifying, i don't have the balls to actually count how much it is.
  • I will sleep early and wake up early as well.
  • Score in assignments and quizzes, and no more last minute studying. i will make a schedule of when i should start or finish studying. hopefully i will get at least a B (my writing is horrible).
  • okay I PROMISE I WONT SKIP ANY TUTORIAL THIS MONTH

I like the girls body too that you're trying to get! Do you by any chance know how I can achieve those hour glass figures? My wais/hips are kind of one of those body's that just goes straight down with no curves. I want to have nice noticeable curves. How can I achieve that?? Please let me know if you know of any workouts or anything that I can do. Thanks
