Cheat day Friday + Birthday BASH

Yesterday was my cheat day. I would eat as much as I want and i won't exercise for that day.

Well, i planned to do Zumba and a little bit of treadmill yesterday but i'm happy to let that go to celebrate one of my besties' birthday :)

do you know how much i ate?

p.s i didnt logged in all the food i ate so i think i eat around 2,500 cals yest.

i'm using an app called My Fitness Pal.

No regrets though, it was a very nice meal.

for lunch i had a three course meal.

appetizer is soup (i dont know what soup is that),

main course is lamb rack(3 bone) and baked potato,

desert is i dont know what kind of cake it is but it's filled with whip cream and mangoes.

i didn't take any pictures, this is the only one i have.



This is the  main course :). yum but i will consider  A LOT if i was offered to have another three course meal again -.-



afterwards we have cupcakes. 

I AM GUILTY FREE I ONLY ATE 1 CUPCAKE LOL

i think all the sugars made me a little bit hyper and i felt a little uneasy. i went to sleep as soon as i saw my bed. lol

well no more sugar for me.


for dinner

i had Nando's half chicken (i love love love Nando's and anything chicken lol)

on summary the waitress was kinda shocked when me and bf ordered 2 half chicken

it means a whole chicken for 2 person. HAHAHAHA


after that we had STICKHOUSE :)

i tried the yogurt strawberry flavor and forced bf to buy giandula dipped in chocolate and hazelnut sprinkle because it looks YUM and turns out mine tastes better lol.

i should stop stealing google pics and taking my own hahaha

My first 14 days result (you'll be surprised)

so this is my result when i started (officially) focusing on working out, when i did 30 days shred continuously for 2 weeks.

*keep in mind that on my first few weeks i hadnt had enough calories because when i started i naturally didn't eat a lot. as in 900 cals per day is A LOT to me because i get full very fast. now i'ma pig that gets hungry every 2-3 hours -_- 

8th March

waist: 25"
arm: 9"
hips: 33"
lower stomach: 31.3"
chest: 31.5"
thighs: 19.7"

23rd march (2 weeks later)

waist:: 24"
arm: 9"
hips: 31.5"
lower stomach: 30.6"
chest: 31"
thighs: 19.2"

starting weight: 50.7kg
weight on 23rd march: 49kg.

total inches lost: 4.2"
total weight lost: 1.7 kg

i'm not going to measure my body until i've finished my 2 weeks challenge. now i'm building muscle and adding some definition so my body is not as thin as it was on march. 

see guys this is only 2 weeks of working out, imagine if you're doing it for 2 months. i didn't have much to lose but i've managed to lose 4.2 inches in just 2 weeks! imagine its you! start working out and eat healthy food.

Workout schedule (high intensity)

so i posted about my 2 weeks challenge. i made a schedule on this week's workout and i have to follow it no matter what lol.

so here is the workout schedule:

MONDAY:

  • Pylometric cardio circuit
  • Back and arms (back definer and arm definer from NTC)
TUESDAY:
  • Cardio power and resistance
  • Leg and core (Hard Core workout from Leg Workouts Pro)
WEDNESDAY:
  • Cardio recovery
  • Abs and Shoulders (Bob Harper's yoga abs+ NTC shoulder shaper)
THURSDAY:
  • Pure cardio
  • Ab-solute workout (from abs workout pro)
FRIDAY: 
  • Zumba
  • 15 mins walk on 10 incline 5.5 speed
  • row for 20 minutes
Saturday:
  • Cardio power & resistance
  • Down town abs (from abs workout pro)

i know i will be dying everyday. but it's my high intensity week. next week i will do in lower intensity,
i dont think i can survive after the insanity workout. so i will do the focused area workout first and then move on to intensity. i hope i have enough energy.

wish me luck!! i just hope i can make it through this week lol

2 WEEKS CHALLENGE!

I've decided to challenge myself. 

Because i HATE veggies, i hardly eat any.

But... yesterday i saw someone's meal menu and i was like wtf why is she eating greens whole day?!
i didnt see any bread or potatoes (my main carb source)

then i suddenly remembered about the low carb diet. maybe she's been replacing all her carbs with veggies.

and at that moment i feel slightly challenge.

i eat clean (well mostly. i tried). but why not try something new?

after all you must surprise your body to prevent it to go into plateau.

so i've challenged myself.

in this 2 weeks, I WILL GO INTO LOW CARB DIET AND WORK ON MY ABS.

i want to see if low carb really makes my stomach less bloated (it's flat but my lower tummy is somehow bloated -_-)

and i want to see some definition as well. haha.

btw i'm not reducing my calorie intake. i'll eat normally but i'm just lowering my carbs.

i'm planning to lower it to 70-100 grams of carbs on my high day and 50-70 on my low days.

lets see how it goes.

i might post a before after picture if i have balls lol.

exercise log (19-21 April)

19th: Started my insanity and did Nike Training Club (NTC) > intermediate > Drill Sergeant workout.

20th: Gym 

21th: Recovery day.


my arms are more toned and defined and somehow smaller.

INSANITY (Started 19th April)

OKAY

so after the drought (me no exercise), i started exercising!!

the first thing i did was INSANITY workout  :)

i've been doing all my workout myself and the workouts i do are just random.
i do yoga, circuit, kickboxing, toning, and cardio. but there's no fixed schedule.

sooo... i want something with schedule lol

just to make sure i'm in track and for once i want to have people telling me what to do (lately i have this habit of telling people what to do)

if you don't know what is insanity, here is the preview:



YOU HAVE TO BE COMMITED!! 
hell yea thats what ive been doing for 1.5 months :)

the first day doing insanity i wanted to puke straight away.

why? because i did a bad timing and didn't give my body enough time to digest my food 

and the first day is a fit test

fml i really felt like dying and to think that i did so much workout before, 
IT IS TOTALLY HARD PEOPLE. IT IS INSANE


but i'm really excited to finish this program because i want to see how my body transforms. that's why i did it in the first place.


nothing ever comes for free, so you gotta work hard to get whatever that you want.
for me it's toned and lean body. so i can kick ass. haha


wish me luck in my INSANITY and i wish you all luck as well!




*btw after fit test i'm taking 2-3 day rest. the first day i went to gym so i had no time (and energy) to do insanity. the second day my body is sore and i can barely walk so i have to recover. and maybe i'll rest on the 3rd day because i'm not sure whether i'll recover and its sunday -.-

INSANITY CHALLENGE ON!!!

OKAY. so i've been slacking. but at least today was great (well not that great)
i did a workout today :) which is toning for 1 hour and abs for 15 mins. planned to do yoga but my hw took so long to do so i didnt have time to do yoga :(
then i planned to go zumba, but AGAIN because of HOMEWORK i have to cancel out my plans. -__-

really my life is all about classes and homework.
SO.. TMR I'M GOING TO DO YOGA. YEAH. YO TO THE GA.

so btw.... i'm quite confused with my exercise cuz i got so many options and i cant decide what exercise i should do that day.
i cant afford to have 2.5 hours exercise due to my schedule -__-

so....
its decided!! i'm going to do the INSANITY WORKOUT.

if u dont know what insanity is.. it's basically a 60-days training program designed to tone and lose weight.

well... i dont want to lose anymore weight. i want to tone up!!

so TOMORROW, 18 APRIL 2012 i will officially start my 60 days of insanity :)

and i'm looking forward to 18 JUNE where i will finish my insanity program and post up the pictures (hopefully)

and i promise i wont binge popcorn again. well not unitl i finished my popcorn -__-
i will get back on track and exercise!
1 hour of exercise made up 4% of my day :)

but wait.. insanity starts on monday
well!! i started it on wednesday and i'm going to finish it on wednesday lol

by the way i fucking hate cardio
