Workout schedule (high intensity)

so i posted about my 2 weeks challenge. i made a schedule on this week's workout and i have to follow it no matter what lol.

so here is the workout schedule:

MONDAY:

  • Pylometric cardio circuit
  • Back and arms (back definer and arm definer from NTC)
TUESDAY:
  • Cardio power and resistance
  • Leg and core (Hard Core workout from Leg Workouts Pro)
WEDNESDAY:
  • Cardio recovery
  • Abs and Shoulders (Bob Harper's yoga abs+ NTC shoulder shaper)
THURSDAY:
  • Pure cardio
  • Ab-solute workout (from abs workout pro)
FRIDAY: 
  • Zumba
  • 15 mins walk on 10 incline 5.5 speed
  • row for 20 minutes
Saturday:
  • Cardio power & resistance
  • Down town abs (from abs workout pro)

i know i will be dying everyday. but it's my high intensity week. next week i will do in lower intensity,
i dont think i can survive after the insanity workout. so i will do the focused area workout first and then move on to intensity. i hope i have enough energy.

wish me luck!! i just hope i can make it through this week lol
