2 WEEKS CHALLENGE!

I've decided to challenge myself. 

Because i HATE veggies, i hardly eat any.

But... yesterday i saw someone's meal menu and i was like wtf why is she eating greens whole day?!
i didnt see any bread or potatoes (my main carb source)

then i suddenly remembered about the low carb diet. maybe she's been replacing all her carbs with veggies.

and at that moment i feel slightly challenge.

i eat clean (well mostly. i tried). but why not try something new?

after all you must surprise your body to prevent it to go into plateau.

so i've challenged myself.

in this 2 weeks, I WILL GO INTO LOW CARB DIET AND WORK ON MY ABS.

i want to see if low carb really makes my stomach less bloated (it's flat but my lower tummy is somehow bloated -_-)

and i want to see some definition as well. haha.

btw i'm not reducing my calorie intake. i'll eat normally but i'm just lowering my carbs.

i'm planning to lower it to 70-100 grams of carbs on my high day and 50-70 on my low days.

lets see how it goes.

i might post a before after picture if i have balls lol.
